A Field of Dreams

There’s something about flowers that just make me instantly happy. The way they can bloom into all different shapes, sizes and colours. Flowers are one of my favourite things to capture in a photograph and I can’t pass up an opportunity to be amongst them.

Today I visited a little field in a small town in Worcester. The minute I saw the fields, I turned into a puppy bouncing with energy. It was beautifully breathtaking. There are rows of different coloured English Delphiniums. It was a dream to lay my eyes upon and of course I snatched up the opportunity to get some photography practice, as well as having my boyfriend take some of me in my wishful habitat.

The fields are owned by the Real Flower Petal Confetti Company and are open to the public for approx. 10 days per year during their full bloom. Once this ends, they are hand-picked and converted to confetti.

So here are some of the photographs. I hope you enjoy the aesthetic as much as I do.

Love, Chloe.
